Family support groups

NAMI Family Support Groups are peer-led support groups for family members and friends of people who live with alternative experiences. Gain hope, insight, and coping skills to develop supportive relationships.

This program is a “free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others and friends of people with mental health conditions”. This program aims to teach effective communication, problem-solving skills, and how to hande crisis.

This online forum allows for loved ones of people living in altered states to connect, problem-solve, and support one-another. Posts may include many different perspectives when it comes to appropriate treatment or action.
